Drafting
Each agreement is copied from the last one in a word processor, and the phases and prices are typed again.
Your system or a short form sends the client, phases and prices, and the agreement comes out in your layout, checked before it exists.
Changes
A changed agreement is saved as "final v3", and nobody is sure which copy the client has.
A revised agreement replaces the previous one, and the old link says so and points to the new version.
Keeping it
Copies sit in inboxes and shared folders, named however each person chose.
Pressfox keeps every agreement for as long as your plan keeps reports, unless you delete it sooner, found by client and reference, with its versions.
Labels such as the client and the reference are taken from each agreement's data when it is made. Filter by them, or search for a reference.

Honest limits
No. Download the PDF, or fetch it from your system, and send it with the signing provider you use, such as DocuSign or Yousign. The provider collects the signatures and gives you the signed copy to keep with your records. The docs have a short guide.
Make a corrected version with the new data and a reason. The first one stays as it was, and anyone who opens its link sees that a newer version exists and where. A correction made within 7 days, on the same template, uses no units, up to a tenth of your reports a month. A correction does not amend an agreement that has been signed: change a signed agreement as the agreement itself provides.
Each agreement carries labels, such as the client's name and the reference, taken from its data. Filter the reports list by a label or search for a reference; your system can do the same through the API.
