Visit summaries patients can open

Results, reference ranges and next steps from a visit become one clear summary per patient: a link that can expire, and a PDF for their records.
Who sends it
Clinics, practices and diagnostic labs.
Who receives it
The patient, and where needed the referring physician.

The report

What the report includes

  • Clinic, patient and visit date
  • Vital signs
  • Lab results with their reference ranges, values out of range highlighted
  • Findings and diagnosis
  • Next steps and the follow-up date
  • The physician's name and signature

Start from the report you send today: upload it as a PDF and Pressfox turns it into your layout, ready to adjust.

Today, and with Pressfox

Writing it

Results are copied into a letter, or the practice system's raw printout is handed over.

The visit is sent from your practice or lab system, and every summary has the same clear layout.

Results

Values are retyped, and an out-of-range result is easy to miss.

Each result shows its reference range, and values above or below it stand out.

Sending

PDFs go out as email attachments, or the patient collects a printout.

Each patient gets their own link by email, which can expire, and a PDF to keep.

What matters in this industry

Patient links

One expiring link per patient

Each patient gets their own link, with the expiry you choose. From Standard, a report can also ask for a password, and the PDF itself can open only with the patient's date of birth.

Results

Results with reference ranges

Each value with its unit and range, low or high values marked, and rows that never split across pages.

Privacy

Kept in the EU, encrypted

Reports and PDFs are stored in the EU and encrypted with a key that belongs to your clinic's workspace.

No AI

No AI on patient data

For healthcare workspaces the AI features are off, so no report text leaves the EU.

What it costs

A plan that fits the volume

2,400 visit summaries a month, 2 pages each.

Standard plan$99 a month

Well within what the plan includes. Trying it out is free. Plans and prices

Honest limits

What it does not do

  • No HIPAA business associate agreement (BAA).
  • Not a medical record system: summaries stay online while your subscription is active, and 30 days after it ends (7 days on Free), and your practice system remains the record.
  • No patient accounts: patients open a link, they do not sign in.
  • AI features are off for healthcare workspaces.

Three questions we hear

Is Pressfox HIPAA compliant?

No. We do not sign a business associate agreement, so do not use Pressfox for health information covered by HIPAA. Reports are stored in the EU and encrypted, and every plan includes a data processing agreement.

How long can a patient open their summary?

Until the expiry you choose, and at most as long as your plan keeps reports: while your subscription is active, and 30 days after it ends (7 days on Free). After that the link stops working; the PDF the patient saved stays with them.

Why are the AI features off for us?

AI features send report text to our AI provider in the United States. For healthcare workspaces they stay off. Summaries, results, languages and sharing work as in any workspace.
