Field reports, the same afternoon

Samples, readings and observations from the field go out to each grower with charts, results and a clear recommendation, in your firm's brand.
Who sends it
Agronomy firms, crop advisers, soil and water labs, and farm-management software.
Who receives it
Growers and farm managers; sometimes buyers or certifiers.

Today, and with Pressfox

Writing it

The agronomist pastes lab results and notes into Word in the evening.

The visit's samples, readings and notes come from your system, and the report lays itself out.

Charts

Charts are made in a spreadsheet and pasted in one by one.

Charts are drawn from your numbers and stay sharp in print. Change the numbers and the charts follow.

Delivery

Growers receive the report days later, as an attachment.

The report is ready minutes after the data arrives, so it reaches the grower the same afternoon.

What matters in this industry

Charts

Charts from your numbers

Bar, line and donut charts drawn from the readings you send. Nothing is pasted in by hand, and they stay sharp in print.

Results

Results against target ranges

Each analysis with its unit and target range, low or high values flagged, so the grower sees at once what needs action.

Brands

Your brand, or each firm's

Standard covers your own brand. A platform serving many agronomy firms keeps a brand for each of them on Pro.

Speed

The same afternoon

Reports are ready minutes after the visit's data arrives, so growers can act on them the same day.

What it costs

A plan that fits the volume

1,800 field reports in the busiest month a month, 6 pages each.

Standard plan$99 a month

Honest limits

What it does not do

  • No field data collection and no maps of the plot: a map prints only as an image you provide.
  • Pressfox does no agronomic calculation; the recommendation is yours.
  • Not an archive: reports stay online while your subscription is active, and 30 days after it ends (7 days on Free). Keep your own copy.

Three questions we hear

Can the report include a map of the field?

Yes, as an image you provide, such as a map from your farm software. Pressfox prints it where your layout places it; it does not draw maps itself.

Can one report cover several plots?

Yes. A section repeats for each plot, with its own results, charts and photos, and the table of contents lists them.

Can growers get the report in their language?

Yes. Reports print in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German or French, with headings and dates in that language. On paid plans AI drafts the translations of your layout and a person reviews them first.
