Invoices and statements that add up

Line items and totals from your billing system become an invoice or a statement in your brand and in your customer's currency: a PDF and a page you can share.
Who sends it
Finance and billing teams, and software companies that bill their own customers.
Who receives it
The customer who pays, and their accounts team.

The report

What the report includes

  • The customer and the invoice number
  • Line items with quantities and amounts
  • Subtotal, tax and total due
  • Issue date, due date and payment details
  • Amounts and dates in the customer's currency and format

A ready-made Invoice layout is waiting in the app. Add your logo and colours, change what you like, and it is yours.

Today, and with Pressfox

Producing it

Invoices come out of the accounting tool in its fixed layout, or from a Word document filled in by hand for anything unusual.

Your billing system passes on the line items and totals, and the layout is yours, the same for every customer.

Checking

A missing total or a wrong date is noticed by the customer.

An invoice with something missing is stopped before it exists, and you are told exactly what to fix.

Sending

PDFs go out as attachments with names that vary, and resending means finding the file.

Each recipient gets their own link by email, and the PDF is named after the invoice number. Statements can open only with the last 4 digits of the customer's account.

What matters in this industry

Currencies

Any currency, any country

Amounts and dates follow the customer's currency and country, so one design serves customers in euros and in dollars.

Checked first

Nothing goes out half-filled

A missing total, tax or due date stops the invoice before it is made. What your system sends is what prints, and from Standard anyone can check a copy is the one you sent.

Sharing

Shared by email

Each recipient gets a link in an email with your name and colours, and you see when they opened it.

Files

Files that are easy to find

Each PDF is named after its invoice number, so it arrives named and is easy to find later.

What it costs

A plan that fits the volume

8,000 invoices and statements a month, 1 or 2 pages each.

That includes the extra reports past the plan's allowance, added to the same invoice. Trying it out is free. Plans and prices

What it does not do

  • Pressfox lays out invoices; it does not issue fiscal or e-invoices, calculate tax or connect to tax authorities.
  • It does not recalculate your figures: tax and totals print as your system sends them.
  • Not an archive: invoices stay online while your subscription is active, and 30 days after it ends (7 days on Free). Invoices you must keep for years stay in your own system.
  • There is no ready-made statement yet: adapt the invoice, or start from a PDF of the statement you send today.

Three questions we hear

Can Pressfox replace our invoicing software?

No. Your billing or accounting system still numbers invoices, calculates tax and records payments. Pressfox makes what it produces look like you, as a PDF and a page to share. Where the law requires fiscal or electronic invoices, keep issuing them as you do today.

Can we invoice in several currencies and languages?

Yes. Each invoice shows its own currency, and invoices can print in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German or French, with headings and dates in that language.

What if our system sends an invoice with something missing?

It is stopped before anything reaches your customer, and you are told exactly what is missing so it can be fixed and sent again. A stopped invoice costs nothing.
