Honest limits

What it does not do

  • Pressfox does not read your database or run a monthly schedule: your product sends each report when it wants.
  • Not a live dashboard: a report shows the numbers of the moment it was made.
  • A few screens still show Pressfox: the hosted page does not yet use your customer's browser icon, and the password and error pages carry our name.

Three questions we hear

Do our customers see Pressfox anywhere?

On paid plans the PDF carries no Pressfox mark, from Standard its properties name you, not us, and reports on your own web address show no Pressfox name. Two small gaps remain: the browser tab icon, and the password and error pages.

How do all the reports go out at the start of the month?

Your product sends one per customer whenever it likes, and is told when each is ready. On paid plans reports never stop when you pass your plan's allowance; the extra is added to the next invoice.

Can our product show the report inside our app?

Yes. Link to the report page, offer the PDF, or show its content in your own screens. On Pro, reports can be limited to the people your product lets in.
